Class Descriptions
Children's Classes
- Creative Dance I (3-8y) & Creative Dance II (6-8y)
- Pre-Ballet (3-8y): This class is an introduction to the ballet technique. It is ideal for grabbing the attention of your little ones while giving them the beginning foundation and discipline for ballet. If your child is ready, an early start in dance can be a tremendous boost.
- Ballet I (3-8y) & Ballet II (6-8y): The next step in cultivating your child's foundation in ballet, students will continue to learn the basic steps of ballet, traditional positions and techniques of ballet, and practice skills to improve coordination and flexibility.
- Hip-Hop (6-12y): This class will give students the opportunity to use all of their energy in a positive, creative, and constructive way. This high energy, high rhythm, class will allow your student the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of hip-hop and acquire the skill and experience to perfect them as appropriate to each age level.
- Jazz/Tap (6-12y): This class will give students the opportunity to learn the basics of jazz and tap. With lots of energy and rhythm, students will learn the fundamentals of both styles of dance and will learn choreographed routines to oldies, show tunes, as well as current music. Jazz oxfords (or ballet slippers) and tap shoes are needed for this class.

Adult Classes
- Belly Dance Core Conditioning: A cardio fitness form of belly dancing inspired by traditional Egyptian, Persian, and Turkish belly dance. Movements are taught in such a way that students can learn quickly, are challenged, worked to their core, and feel sexy and happy at the same time. Each move is broken down and is targeted at toning muscles like: obliques, abs, glutes, inner thighs, arms, shoulders, and much more. This class is dedicated to helping you gain health, happiness, and reach your fitness goals.
